Mineral Filter was created from a simple realisation:
what touches your skin every day matters more than most people think.

Like many people, I focused on skincare, haircare, and wellness products, yet still dealt with dry skin, dull hair, and irritation. That’s when I started looking closer at one overlooked part of the routine: shower water.

Tap water often contains chlorine and other impurities that can be harsh on skin and hair. Once I understood this, I couldn’t ignore it. I wanted a better solution, something that didn’t just filter water, but elevated the entire shower experience.

That’s how Mineral Filter was born.

Meet the Founder

Mineral Filter was founded by Jasmine, when I started with a question I couldn’t ignore.

I had been doing “all the right things”  investing in skincare, haircare, and self-care. Yet my skin still felt dry and irritated, and my hair never felt as healthy as it should. Something didn’t add up.

That’s when I began looking beyond products and into something I had never questioned before - my shower water.

As I learned more about water treatment, one fact really stood out. After heavy rainfall, more chlorine is added to our water supply to keep it safe. While this helps kill bacteria, it also means our skin and hair are exposed to higher levels of chlorine, often without us realising.

Suddenly, things started to make sense.

If water is touching our skin and hair every single day, why wasn’t it part of the wellness conversation? Why were we treating dryness and irritation as “normal,” instead of looking at the source?

I realised that no skincare routine can fully do its job if the water you shower in is working against you.

I created Mineral Filter because I wanted a better option, one that was effective, easy to use, and felt like a natural part of everyday life. Not a complicated system. Not something clinical. Just a simple upgrade that improves the quality of the water you shower in.

Mineral Filter is built on the belief that small daily changes can have a big impact over time. That cleaner, gentler water should be the standard not a luxury.
